§ Mr. Fowler[pursuant to his reply, 8 May 1984, c. 377]: The 296 kidney transplants performed up to 30 April represent an increase of 47 per cent. over the equivalent period last year, not 4 per cent. as stated in my original reply. I apologise for this mistake.
