§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsIt is difficult to predict when the Council of Ministers will reach agreement on the new policy. The proposals are being actively pursued and it is expected that they will be considered at the June meeting of the Council. Following agreement by the Council, member states have six months in which to implement them.
