Dr. Cunningham

asked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will publish (a) revenue expenditure and income, (b) capital expenditure and income and (c) gross debt of local authorities in Wales in a form consistent with table 3 of "Local Government Financial Statistics" 1974–75 for each year from 1981–82 t0 1984–85.
