§ Mr. Nicholas EdwardsUntil appeals have been received and considered it is not possible to estimate how many Welsh dairy farmers will qualify as special hardship cases under the terms of the relevant European Community regulations. The arrangements for special cases including the submission of claims wall be publicised as soon as possible.
