§ Mr. John Stradling ThomasAt 31 March 1984, the Forestry Commission employed 829 industrial workers in Wales.
The estimated asset values of properties in Wales sold by the Foresty Commission between 1 April 1981 and 31 March 1984 and in the process of being sold at the latter date are £4.8 million and £5.3 million respectively.
