§ Mr. Winnickasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what he intends to discuss with the Prime Minister of South Africa when the latter visits the United Kingdom.
§ Mr. RifkindMy right hon. and learned Friend will be participating in discussions which my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister will be having with Mr. Botha. The subjects for discussion are expected to be those referred to in the reply given by my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister to my hon. Friend the Member for Billericay (Mr. Proctor) on 11 May.
