§ Mr. WaddingtonNormally four years after recognition as a refugee but there is no right to settlement under either the 1951 convention relating to the status of refugees or the immigration rules. Applications are considered in the light of all the relevant circumstances including the considerations set out in paragraph 97 of the immigration rules.
