§ Mr. WhitneyNo. The diplomatic missions of other countries represented in London are designated as high commissions or embassies as appropriate. The only members of staff enjoying diplomatic status are those notified to us in accordance with the provisions of the Vienna convention. This was also the case with the former Libyan people's bureau.
