§ Mr. AncramA copy of the Shelter report "Evasive Action", to which the hon. Member refers, has been sent to me, and I believe to other hon. Members, very recently 129W with a letter seeking general support for its recommendations. My right hon. Friend and I are considering whether any specific response may be appropriate.
