§ Mr. ButcherIndustry in Suffolk will benefit from the Government's continuing progress towards the development of an economic climate which encourages improvements in efficiency and competitiveness. It can in addition take advantage of the wide range of schemes run by the Department of Trade and Industry on a national basis to promote innovation and efficiency.
