§ Mr. WaddingtonFifty-six asylum applications were received from citizens of Pakistan in 1982 and 29 in 1983. At 21 March 1984, 43 such applications were pending, including three received in 1982 and 14 received in 1983. Eight applications have been outstanding for more than 10 months and five for between six and 10 months.
