§ Mr. Wilsonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland (1) if he has considered recommendation 13.2 of the Scottish Home and Health Department report, "Crossing the Boundaries", that a 25 per cent. expansion of the establishment of consultant child and adolescent psychiatrists is required; and if he will make a statement;
(2) what steps he is taking to ensure an adequate range of residential educational provision for children with emotional or behavioural disorders and for those with severe learning difficulties, in view of paragraphs 9.12, 9.13 and 9.14 of the Scottish Home and Health Department report, "Crossing the Boundaries";
(3) what steps he is taking to implement the recommendation by the Scottish Home and Health Department in its report, "Crossing the Boundaries", that a unit providing intensive support for severely disturbed young people should be established in Scotland.
