§ Mr. Peter Robinsonasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how much is owed in arrears of (a) rent and (b) mortgage repayment to the Northern Ireland Housing Executive from those who have bought their homes under the co-ownership scheme; and what was the position in each of the last four years.
§ Mr. Chris PattenThis is a matter for the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, but I understand from the chairman that on(a) there are no such arrears, and on (b) this information is not readily available and could be obtained only at disproportionate cost.
