Mr. Carter-Jones

asked the Secretary of State for the Environment what is the grant-related expenditure assessment for the provision of school crossing patrols in each of the metropolitan county council areas; and how that compares with the actual level of spending on those patrols by each of the metropolitan county councils in the latest available year.
