(2) if he will list the personal data and reference numbers that will be on the magnetic tape of pay and tax details to be transmitted each year from his Department's offices in Newcastle to the Inland Revenue computer centre.

- Total tax
- Widows and orphans and/or life
- insurance contributions Week 1/Month 1 indicator (if appropriate)
- Week 53, 54, 56 indicator (if appropriate)
