§ Mr. John Fraserasked the Attorney-General if he will introduce legislation in the form of the draft Land Obligations Bill annexed to Law Commission report No. 127 with a view to simplifying the development and disposal of flats and maisonettes.
§ The Attorney-GeneralThese proposals recommend-ded an important and imaginative change in land law which, however, have wide implications and present many practical difficulties. They are currently under consideration by the Government, but will almost certainly require wide consultation before decisions can be reached. There are no current plans to introduce the Bill.
