Mr. Dalyell

asked the Secretary of State for Defence what discussions he has had with the Australian Government about future arrangements for the visits of Her Majesty's ships which may or may not be carrying nuclear weapons.

As I said to the hon. Gentleman on 24 January, at c. 458, discussions about Royal Navy ship visits overseas are confidential between Her Majesty's Government and the Governments concerned.
