§ Mr. TebbitLeaving aside correspondence with ministerial colleagues, I wrote 25 letters to hon. Members on constituency or related matters during January this year. In the same month, I received 185 letters from hon. Members. Other Ministers in the Department replied to 133 such letters at my request over the same period.
