§ Mr. Rookerasked the Prime Minister why the public sector tenants exchange does not include exchanges between Scotland and England.
§ The Prime MinisterDiscussions are at present taking place between representatives of Scottish local authorities, the Scottish Office and the Department of the Environment about extending the tenants exchange scheme to Scotland as soon as practicable, and the Secretary of State for Scotland will make an early announcement about this.
