§ Mr. Patrick JenkinThe allocations made to Liverpool for its housing investment programme (including homes insulation scheme) are as follows. For 1976 information is not available in a comparable form. In addition to the allocation made in each year from 1980-81, the authority has been able to make use of the prescribed proportion of capital receipts it has obtained from the sale of houses, buildings and land.
