When they will issue for consultation drafts of the code of guidance and regulations covering the duty on local authorities to consult representatives of industrial and commercial ratepayers, introduced by Section 13 of the Rates Act 1984.
§ The Minister of State, Department of the Environment (Lord Bellwin)I have today sent to interested bodies drafts of the code of guidance and the regulations covering information to be provided to those representatives being consulted and have placed copies in the Library of the House. Comments are being sought by Friday, 3rd August.
