§ Mr. LuceIn order to avoid any threat to the security of British interests at home or abroad, no Libyan is now receiving training of a military nature in this country: As my right hon. and learned Friend informed the House on 1 May, we terminated the training of two Libyan cadets at Dartmouth. Ordinary commercial exchanges with Libya, including non-military training, are however continuing.
