asked the Secretary of State for Transport what information he has concerning the night lorry ban on Archway road and Graham road introduced by the Greater London council when the north-east sector of the M25 was opened in January; and if he will make a statement.

As this is a GLC ban, it is for that council to evaluate its effects. I understand it has studies in hand.
