§ 13. Mr. Martin Stevensasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department when he expects to announce the name of the new principal for the Civil Defence college at Easingwold.
§ Mr. HurdAs soon as possible after the completion of the open competition now being conducted by the Civil Service Commission.
§ 34. Mr. Hubbard-Milesasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will instruct the civil defence college, Easingwold to provide a regular information service for the benefit of county chief emergency planning officers, local authorities and industry.
§ Mr. HurdThe college already does much in this direction. We are considering whether and, if so how, this might be expanded.
