§ Mr. Austin Mitchellasked the Secretary of State for Energy whether he will publish in the Official Report a table showing the average cost per therm to the Central Elecricity Generating Board of coal and heavy burning oil each year since 1970, the number of therms used in each case, and the saving to the generating board of using coal rather than oil as fuel for generating electricity.
