§ Mr. Jack Thompsonasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department when he expects to be able to reply to the letter from the hon. Member for Wansbeck dated 1 March regarding an incident at Ellington colliery.
§ Mr. HurdI have asked the chief constable of Northumbria for further information about the incident and I will reply to the hon. Member as soon as I have received and considered the chief constable's report.
