Mr. Alfred Morris

asked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry whether Messenger Newspapers Group Ltd. has sent its annual returns to the companies registration office for each of the last four years; and if there is any action he proposes to take following the registrar's letter of 8 March 1984 to the directors.

Following the letter of 8 March, Messenger Newspapers Group Ltd. brought its filing of annual returns and accounts up to date. In accordance with normal practice, no further action is contemplated.
