§ Sir Keith Joseph[pursuant to his reply, 3 April 1984, c. 798–99]: I am inviting comments of the Government's partners in the education service on a number of proposed amendments to the teachers' superannuation regulations including a draft new regulation which would enable head and other teachers to transfer to less demanding and lower paid posts without prejudicing their accrued pension rights.
