§ Mr. GowI have today placed in the Library of the House copies of a report produced jointly by the Water Authorities Association and the Water Companies' Association into the wider implications of the river Dee pollution incident. I am asking individual water undertakers to report to me by the end of the year on the steps which they are taking to put its recommmendations into effect.
