§ Sir William van StraubenzeeThe Church Commissioners have already published in a national and local newspaper a notice giving the essence of the advisory board's advice to them about the future of the redundant church of St. Wilfrid's, Brighton; they have, moreover, invited the Secretary of State for the Environment to hold a non-statutory public inquiry into the matter.
