§ Mr. Tony Banksasked the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State answering in respect of the Arts what discussions he has had with the Arts Council on the future of the South Bank;
(2) what legal problems he has encountered in preparation for making over the South Bank site and its buildings to the Arts Council;
(3) if he has had discussions about the composition of the proposed South Bank board to be set up in the event of the abolition of the Greater London council.
