§ Mr. John Stradling ThomasProvisional figures show that, by 31 March 1984, 94 housing association dwellings had been sold to sitting tenants and that a further 743 sales of co-ownership dwellings had been completed; this represents 5.9 per cent. of current housing association stock. Detailed information on discounts is not held centrally but all these sales are likely to have attracted discounts (or reduced prices) unless made by charitable associations.
