§ Mr. HayhoeSuch waste paper is disposed of under a contract for London area offices administered by Her Majesty's Stationery Office. Collections are made twice weekly and are free of charge, the contractor covering his costs from the recycling of the waste. HMSO does not hold records of amounts collected from individual collecting points.
