§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeWe have issued guidance to the NHS on improved standards of record-keeping and stock control with a view to ensuring that the National Blood Transfusion Service is able to account for all donations of blood and to promote more efficient use of it. We remain completely opposed to any sale of whole blood donated by volunteers to the NBTS.
