§ Mr. Lawlerasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many injuries have been sustained by West Yorkshire police as a result of operations connected with the mining dispute since 14 March.
§ Mr. HurdThe chief constable of West Yorkshire tells me that in the period between 14 March and 8 July inclusive, 75 of his officers were injured while assisting in other force areas in the policing of events related to the dispute.
