asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer (1) what will be the actual net contribution paid by the United Kingdom to the European Economic Community for the years 1983 and 1984;

(2) what is the estimated net contribution by the United Kingdom to the European Economic Community for 1985 following the Fontainebleau agreement.
