It was prepared for the National Advisory Committee on Nutrition Education (NACNE) which is a joint British Nutrition Foundation (BNF)/Health Education Council (HEC) committee. The discussion paper was issued last year by the Health Education Council to individuals and bodies concerned with nutrition and health education, and we welcomed it as a contribution to discussion in this field.
