§ Mr. HurdThe circumstances in which a person may be required to provide a specimen of breath are set out in sections 7, 8 and 9 of the Road Traffic Act 1972, as amended by section 25 of and schedule 8 to the Transport Act 1981. We have no plans to introduce amending legislation.
