§ 28. Mr. Rostasked the Secretary of State for Energy if he is satisfied with the implementation by the electricity supply industry of section 19 of the Energy Act 1983.
§ Mr. Giles ShawI am satisfied that the electricity boards are taking seriously their duty under this Act to adopt and support economic combined heat and power schemes. The boards are continuing to examine a number of such schemes, either by themselves or in collaboration with the private sector.
