§ Mr. Lathamasked the Secretary of State for Transport whether he will shortly be in a position to decide on the application by the Leicestershire county council that the 40 miles per hour speed limit on the A607 road at Croxton Kerrial, Leicestershire, should be reduced to 30 miles per hour.
§ Mrs. ChalkerI have not yet received an application from Leicestershire county council concerning the speed limit through Croxton Kerrial. I understand that one will be submitted to my Department in the near future. I shall then deal with the matter as speedily as possible.
