Collaboration between the energy efficiency office, the Building Research Establishment, the Open University 575W and the Channel Four television company led to the introduction last November of the "Energy Matters" home energy audit service provided by the Open University. It represents excellent value at a current price of £4.95 and I commend it to householders throughout the country.
