§ Mr. Peter MorrisonSubject to Parliamentary approval of the necessary supplementary estimate, the cash limit for Class IV Vote 13 will be increased by £25 491W million from £494,281,000 to £519,281,000. There will be no addition to the planning total of public expenditure since a corresponding reduction will be made in the cash limit for Class IV Vote 16 relative to the Manpower Services Commission which will be reduced from £1,208,755,000 to £1,183,755,000. The Commission's grant in aid now becomes £1,396,134,000. The increase on Vote 13 is required for the community programme so that 130,000 places may be filled by the spring.
