§ Mr. Foulkesasked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) how many pensioner households in Scotland will lose money due to the higher tapers, higher non-dependant deductions and higher minimum payment levels which were announced in the Chancellor's autumn statement on 18 November 1983;
(2) how many pensioners in Scotland will lose all entitlement to receive help with housing costs from April 1984 due to the higher tapers and other charges to be introduced.
