asked the Secretary of State for Energy why the firearms standing orders of the Atomic Energy Authority Constabulary, approved by the Secretary of State for Energy in 1977, are not published.

It is not customary for firearms standing orders issued to police forces to be published. I consider it would not be prudent to make an exception in this case.
