§ Mr. Dubsasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will make a statement on the recent hunger strike at Wandsworth prison.
§ Mr. HurdOn 28 January eight prisoners at Her Majesty's prison Wandsworth began to refuse food but not liquids. Two of the prisoners began taking food again on 29 January, one on 3 February, three on 5 February and the remaining two on 6 February. The medical officer saw each prisoner refusing food every day.
