Mr. Gould

asked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry whether he will publish in the Official Report a table showing in relation to the EEC and for the rest of the world the excess of United Kingdom imports over exports of manufactures on a balance of payments basis for each year since 1970 and for each quarter since the beginning of 1981.
