§ Mr. HurdPreliminary indications of the effects of the scheme are encouraging, but an accurate assessment will not be possible until the results of the detailed analysis by the Transport and Road Research Laboratory are available in the second quarter of this year. It is police practice to remove a vehicle if it is causing danger.
