§ Dr. Cunninghamasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish for 1983–84 (a) the total of rate rebates paid in each local authority in England, (b) the total of domestic rates paid in each authority and (c) rate rebates as a percentage of domestic rates paid in each authority, ranking authorities according to the percentage of their domestic rate income made by rate rebates.
§ Mr. Patrick JenkinI have today placed in the Library a table showing, for 1983–84, rate rebates including those paid with supplementary benefit, estimated domestic rates paid, and rate rebates as a percentage of domestic rates for all rating authorities in England.
