§ Mrs. Rumboldasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he is satisfied that the conservators appointed under the Metropolitan Commons (Mitcham) Supplementary Act 1891 have carried out their duties under section 16, in view of the current notices to residents to redesign part of the common.
§ Mr. WaldegraveI have no information on what works the conservators propose to undertake. If my hon. Friend will let me have details, including a copy of the notice, I will consider whether it would be appropriate for me to express any view on this matter.
