§ Mr. Allan StewartLast October, the Scottish Council of Workers' Educational Assocition sent a policy statement to my right hon. Friend. The general secretary of the WEA national executive committee subsequently asked for a meeting to discuss the funding arrangements of the three WEA districts in Scotland. Officials are due to meet the WEA Scottish council, together with the general secretary of the WEA national executive committee, on 22 February.
